Neil Tribble joined Diaverum UK as Finance Director in 2026. In this role, Neil leads the Finance function, working closely with senior stakeholders to strengthen financial planning, performance reporting, and decision-making across the organisation.
Neil is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) with extensive experience leading high-performing finance teams and partnering with senior internal and external stakeholders, including CFOs and investors. He joins Diaverum UK from Avanti Communications Group Plc, a satellite telecommunications business operating across EMEA, where he spent over ten years in a range of senior finance leadership roles, reporting directly to the CFO. Most recently, he served as Director of Finance – Investors & Projects, with responsibility for executive and investor reporting, scenario planning, and the delivery of complex, value-driving initiatives.
During his time at Avanti, Neil led major cost optimisation programmes, supported a significant debt restructuring, and delivered cross-functional projects to improve business performance. He also played a key role in developing tools and processes to strengthen forecasting, cash management, and management reporting. Neil began his career at BDO in London, working in audit across the TMT and professional services sectors.
Neil holds a BA in English from the University of Southampton and is a top-six trained Chartered Accountant.
